Network Engineer 1

Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Network Engineer 1 to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.

This position is a 3 year Contract position that sits onsite in Atlanta, GA. Sponsorship not provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains network performance by building network configurations, devices, and connections and troubleshooting network problems with technical leadership.
• Establishes network environments by designing system configuration, directing system installation, and defining, documenting, and enforcing engineering standards.
• Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance and making recommendations.
• Troubleshoots network problems and outages, provides guidance to network operations during upgrades, and collaborates with network architects on network optimization.
• Secures network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access.
• Reports on network operational status.
  
  

Required Skills

• 1-3 years Experience in networking including experience building network configurations, devices, and connections and troubleshooting network problems
• Experience designing system configuration, directing system installation, and defining, documenting, and enforcing engineering standards.
• Requires an engineering degree and ideally experience in network engineering.
• Work network and distribution storm work.
