Data Scientist – Fully Remote

We’re supporting our Client, a leading organization in the healthcare space, as they bring on a Data Scientist who can turn complex data into real business impact. If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems, shaping strategy through analytics, and working with a team that values curiosity and initiative, this is worth a look.

What you’ll do

You’ll dig into large structured and unstructured datasets, build models, design projections, and deliver insights that help guide major decisions. What this really means is you’ll own the full data lifecycle—from data gathering and prep to analysis, modeling, and presenting recommendations that move the business forward.

You’ll be a strong fit if you:

• Have a bachelor’s degree and four years of hands-on technical experience.
• Know how to build, maintain, and work with diverse datasets at scale.
• Have experience creating models, reports, and analyses that support strategy—not just dashboards, but real decision-driving work.
• Bring a strong foundation in math, statistics, modeling, and business analysis.
• Can navigate ambiguity and choose the right methods without needing step-by-step direction.
• Care about improving consumer experiences and solving meaningful problems.

Bonus points for:

• A master’s degree.
• Experience with Power Automate.
• AI/ML exposure or project work.
