The sales coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective coordination of sales activities. The role requires liaising with customers to understand their needs, executing customer orders and ensuring delivery in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and execute customer orders as per company procedures and customers’ agreements.
- Supports the smooth and efficient operation of the company logistics and supply/delivery chain processes.
- Informs and expedites the procurement team for the supply of unavailable products.
- Maintains and updates all information related to purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes as per company-set rules and procedures.
- Assists the corporate salesperson in responding to customer enquiries and showroom visits when needed.
- Maintain a filing system for all related invoices and sales transactions as per company-set guidelines.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
- Prepares and submits sales progress reports.
Qualification:
- University Graduate
- 3 years similar experience
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
