The sales coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective coordination of sales activities. The role requires liaising with customers to understand their needs, executing customer orders and ensuring delivery in a timely manner.


Responsibilities:

  • Receive and execute customer orders as per company procedures and customers’ agreements.
  • Supports the smooth and efficient operation of the company logistics and supply/delivery chain processes.
  • Informs and expedites the procurement team for the supply of unavailable products.
  • Maintains and updates all information related to purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes as per company-set rules and procedures.
  • Assists the corporate salesperson in responding to customer enquiries and showroom visits when needed.
  • Maintain a filing system for all related invoices and sales transactions as per company-set guidelines.
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
  • Prepares and submits sales progress reports.


Qualification:


  • University Graduate
  • 3 years similar experience
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
