Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end crew recruitment for offshore operations (global sourcing, screening, interviewing).
- Coordinate visas, gate passes, offshore training, medicals, and mobilization logistics.
- Handle crew travel: flight bookings, hotel arrangements, port/heliport coordination.
- Maintain personnel files, payroll inputs, and Oracle/Shipnet updates.
- Manage emergency medical cases, ensuring transport, documentation, and crew welfare.
- Liaise with authorities, agencies, training centers, and classification bodies for certifications and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to MLC 2006, ISM, ISO & OHS standards.
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years experience in HR, Marine Admin, or Crew Coordination within a marine/offshore company.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; exposure to Oracle/Shipnet is a plus.
• Knowledge of offshore fleet recruitment, marine certifications & safety requirements.
