Project Manager – SAP & Digital Solutions

Summary:

Responsible for leading SAP S/4HANA projects and digital transformation initiatives across PIH’s business units. Ensures successful delivery of scope, budget, timelines, and quality while managing stakeholders, vendors, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Define scope, create project plans, and track progress.
• Coordinate UAT, training, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Act as liaison between IT, business, and vendors.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI/CO, MM, PP, PS, PPM).
• Experience in data migration, integration, and testing.
• Familiarity with digital solutions (automation, AI, cloud).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

• 8–10 years total experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing SAP or digital transformation projects.
• SAP full-cycle implementation experience.
• GCC experience preferred.
