Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in the Airways domain to support business process analysis, requirement gathering, and Agile delivery. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to drive clarity between business users and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, prepare, and review business requirements.
• Liaise with business users and Product Owners to understand existing processes and propose improvements.
• Create detailed requirement documents, workflows, and process maps.
• Onboard and brief development teams to ensure accurate implementation with no requirement gaps.
• Prepare use cases, user stories, and UAT test cases.
• Support business teams during UAT and ensure requirements are validated.
• Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Airways/Aviation domain.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
