🎯 We want to Hear You - Not Just See Your Resume

A resume tells us where you’ve been — we want to know where you’re going, how you solve problems, and why this opportunity matters to you.

✅ We’re Looking for Someone Who

  • Has strong experience building RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core in real-world, production environments
  • Is comfortable with end-to-end ownership: design → code → test → deploy → monitor → iterate
  • Has solid Azure experience and understands Ops & Infrastructure for the solutions they’ve built
  • Thrives in a high-autonomy environment: you take initiative, communicate clearly, and don’t wait for step-by-step instructions

🧠 How We Work

  • We’re translating 20+ years of FinTech experience from our domain experts into a new version of our product. Technically, we’re building a modular monolith delivered to our clients as independent, scalable deployment stamps using modern Azure cloud services.
  • We care about an engineering culture rooted in end-to-end ownership, business alignment, and real developer autonomy - you’re trusted to make decisions, not just follow tickets.

🛠 What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate directly with product stakeholders to turn their domain knowledge and product vision into well-designed backend features
  • Drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of RESTful APIs at scale for internal and external clients
  • Write clean, functional, domain-driven code aligned with our modular monolith architecture and ISO 27001–friendly engineering practices
  • Manage and evolve our infrastructure and Ops stack using Pulumi and Azure DevOps pipelines
  • Help establish and refine our testing and performance strategy using xUnit, Testcontainers, and NBomber
  • Instrument services with OpenTelemetry and monitor them via Azure Monitor / Application Insights to keep our systems observable and reliable

🧰 Our Tech Stack

  • Backend: C#, .NET 10, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, PostgreSQL
  • Cloud & Infra (Azure): App Service, Functions, Container Apps, Static Web Apps, Front Door, API Management, Blob Storage, Event Grid, Service Bus, SignalR Service, App Configuration, Key Vault, Pulumi
  • Observability & Ops: OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Azure DevOps, Git
  • Quality & Testing: SonarQube, xUnit, Testcontainers, NBomber, FluentValidation
  • Patterns & Libraries: DDD, CSharpFunctionalExtensions

đź’ˇ Why Join Us

  • Work directly with Australian product stakeholders on a modern FinTech platform
  • Join a remote-first, values-led company focused on long-term partnerships
  • Build meaningful solutions - not just close tickets in a queue
  • Be trusted to own your work and grow with the role as the product evolves

✉️ How to Apply

Instead of just sending a CV, include a short write-up (bullet points are fine):

  • A project you’ve delivered and your role
  • The tech and patterns you used (and why you chose them)
  • How your work delivered value - for the business, users, or team
  • Why this role and our values resonate with you - especially around ownership, autonomy, and building real product

You can attach your resume and/or GitHub/LinkedIn, but the write-up is what we’ll read first.
