Role Overview

An AI start-up in the PropTech ecosystem is transforming property management with cutting-edge AI solutions. Automating end-to-end workflows in property management, lettings, and compliance.

As a Product Manager, you will own the roadmap that takes this exciting start-up from early product-market fit to market leadership. Working closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams, you will translate customer pain points into elegant, scalable solutions and deliver AI-first features that redefine property management.

You will need to be able to define and own the vision and launch of the product suite; direct a growing team, converting customer data into relevant detailed requirements and collaborated across the group on pricing, positioning and strategy.

Key Requirements

Experience:

• Product Management within B2B SaaS or platform products.
• Proven start-up experience
• Strong exposure to AI products.
• Track record of taking products to market and scaling revenue and market share.

Technical Skills:

• Articulate and confident in discussions around architecture, APIs, UX and data pipelines.
• Data-driven decision-making
• LLM tooling

Leadership & Communication:

• Exceptional communicator with ability to lead in fast paced environment often with changing perimeters
• Property/real estate sector experience is preferable.
