Founding AI Engineer - Early-Stage Health Tech Start Up

A fast-moving early-stage team who are very well backed are hiring their first AI engineer. They’re building a consumer platform that uses advanced testing and AI to help people understand and act on disease risk early.

In this role, you’ll architect the entire intelligence layer - risk models, real-time recommendations, evals, guardrails - while also contributing across the product stack (LLMs, agents, RAG, TypeScript). You’ll work directly with the founders and shape both the tech and the culture from day one.
