Role: HR and Recruitment Coordinator

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE

Location: Remote

Whilst this role is a Monday – Friday role, due to the global nature of the business, some flexibility to working hours from time to time may be required.


HR & Recruitment Opportunity – Private Family Office


My client, a private family office, is seeking an experienced HR and Recruitment professional to provide comprehensive support across all HR and Recruitment administration.

This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces change, and is comfortable operating without rigid structures. You’ll be resourceful, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong eye for detail and a solutions-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Enter new candidates into the system; upload CVs and prepare interview questions
  • Coordinate high-volume interview schedules
  • Assist with recruitment reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate notes


Onboarding

  • Conduct background and reference checks
  • Prepare offer letters and related documents
  • Share HR policies with new starters
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding checklists


Compensation & Benefits

  • Track benefits utilisation
  • Support medical insurance data administration


Employee Relations

  • Assist with tracking and administering ER cases

General HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate organisational charts
  • Run monthly checks for starters and leavers
  • Keep all employee records updated (role changes, data updates, etc.)
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects as needed


Key requirements:

  • Degree of Equivalent level qualification
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Able to work with Utmost discretion
  • Self-motivated
  • Robust, adaptable, able to work to very time sensitive deadlines
  • Strong administration skills – including the full Microsoft package
  • Experience in producing and interpreting HR data reports
  • CIPD advantageous but not essential


This is a newly created position, and the ideal candidate will be adaptable as the role evolves.
