- Technische Führung und Weiterentwicklung komplexer Backend-Systeme mit Fokus auf Mobilität und Finanztransaktionen
- Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung und Wartung produktionsreifer Software unter hoher Last und engen Deadlines
- Entwurf wartbarer, skalierbarer und sicherer Systemarchitekturen mit klarer Ownership
- Integration und Abbildung von Finanzprozessen (Transaktionen, Rückerstattungen, Firmenkarten, etc.)
- Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen, interdisziplinären Engineering-Team vor Ort in Zürich
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung mit Ruby on Rails
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Go und Python für performancekritische Module und ML-Pipelines
- Hochschulabschluss in Informatik/IT mit tiefem Verständnis von Algorithmen, Datenbanken, Security
- Fliessende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse zwingend
