This position centers on generating tangible impact via functional software. You'll leverage AI capabilities and cloud-native infrastructure to construct full-stack systems addressing significant challenges, rather than simply completing tasks. You'll be required to deliver quickly while maintaining standards, selecting the most straightforward correct approach that reconciles immediate velocity with sustained maintainability.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design and Deploy Full-Stack Capabilities: Transform user stories from concept to outcome; validate requirements, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct thorough testing, and release to production
• Identify and Resolve Defects: Diagnose problems using root cause methodology, address underlying issues (rather than surface symptoms), and prevent regressions through intelligent testing strategies
• Elevate Code Standards: Assess designs and pull requests to guarantee clarity, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt at its source

• Self-directed execution: Capability to remove your own blockers, manage your own velocity, and navigate forward in uncertain contexts

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
