The Opportunity
In This Role You Will
- Cultivate a diverse range of local and international candidates with creative use of recruitment channels and tools
- Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams through excellent process and systems knowledge
- Set the pace for quality candidate selection-- from sourcing and screening to short lists and interviews
- Implement recruitment strategies to find passionate candidates and support diversity, equity and inclusion
- Apply your strong attention to detail to maintaining dashboards and recruitment system data
- Have prior experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
- Enjoy partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, communicate labour market conditions, and set expectations
- Have excellent experience working within LinkedIn recruiter and ATS systems
- Have excellent written and verbal English language skills , with one other European language an advantage
- Are detail oriented and quality focused
- Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment
- Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
