The Opportunity

In This Role You Will

• Cultivate a diverse range of local and international candidates with creative use of recruitment channels and tools
• Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams through excellent process and systems knowledge
• Set the pace for quality candidate selection-- from sourcing and screening to short lists and interviews
• Implement recruitment strategies to find passionate candidates and support diversity, equity and inclusion
• Apply your strong attention to detail to maintaining dashboards and recruitment system data
  
  
  

We Would Love To Hear From You If You

• Have prior experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
• Enjoy partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, communicate labour market conditions, and set expectations
• Have excellent experience working within LinkedIn recruiter and ATS systems
• Have excellent written and verbal English language skills , with one other European language an advantage
• Are detail oriented and quality focused
• Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment
• Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
