As the Co-Founder of the company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy for the platform. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, managing cross-functional teams, and more. This is a high-impact role requiring a mix fo strategic vision, operational expertise, and deep knowledge of sports betting, prediction markets, trading, and blockchain technologies. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Industry Expertise: 3-10 years of experience with a deep understanding of sports betting, prediction markets, trading platforms, leverage trading mechanisms, as well as familiarity with blockchain technologies and digital assets, including tokenomics and smart contracts;
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a management role within a FinTech, gaming, or blockchain startup, and the ability to manage diverse teams across different functions; 
• Operational Excellence: Strong operational background, with experience scaling platforms, managing risk and regulatory compliance, and taking early-stage companies to the next financing round;
• Go-to-Market and Expansion Expertise: Experience in crafting and executing go-to-market strategies, including user acquisition, geographic expansion, and strategic partnerships. 
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with trading platform architecture, APIs, and user interface design; 
• Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal teams, co-founders, and various partners
