Develop the 4P strategy. Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Drive marketing initiatives such as product launches, training sessions, and product presentations.



Responsibilities


  • Specify market requirements for current and future products through research and customer visits.
  • Coordinate solution development across teams (primarily Engineering and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contracts, and positioning.
  • Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, collaborating with all departments for execution.
  • Work with external partners to assess partnership and licensing opportunities.
  • Lead demand planning.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager.
  • Proven success in defining and launching high-quality products.
  • 3+ years of experience in the technology industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).


Required Skills


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical background with experience in enterprise products.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
  • Fluent English required.
