Hybrid Product Designer - Web3

Most design roles push you into one lane. UX or UI. Systems or visuals. Strategy or craft.

This role is for someone who wants all of it — and is capable of owning it.

This bar is HIGH. You’ll be working for one of the most mature, secure, well known and respected companies in the whole crypto world.

You will work on a product with real users, real usage, and real impact. You’ll help shape how people interact with a new financial layer that’s growing fast and still being defined.

You’ll design, illustrate, animate, systemise — and see your work shipped, not shelved.

You’ll join a small, senior team where designers have influence, autonomy, and visibility. No heavy process. No layers. You’ll get to do some of the most portfolio-defining work of your career.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design across web and mobile
• Turn user insight into UX flows, interactions, and prototypes
• Create original illustration work yourself
• Build motion and transitions that explain, not decorate
• Develop and scale a design system in Figma from core foundations upward

What you must bring

• Strong UX thinking with rationale and problem framing
• Sharp, modern UI with hierarchy, clarity, and craft
• Original illustration you produced by hand
• Motion design beyond hover effects
• Real ownership of design systems in Figma
• A portfolio that shows range and progression, not one repeated style
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
