We are hiring a Senior Project Manager who thrives in ambiguity, makes decisions without waiting for permission, and owns the delivery journey end-to-end.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple software development projects across multiple squads, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI, Engineering, Operations, Design and Product specialists to deliver high-quality products and solve blockers.
- Establish and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Plan capacity, project staffing, milestones, and estimations.
- Create predictable delivery plans guarding financial goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication, managing expectations, and addressing feedback.
- Drive Agile & Kanban practices, such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to optimize team performance and productivity.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing change requests effectively.
- Communicate effectively with Leadership to share project status and highlights.
- Anticipate risks and drive mitigations proactively.
- Navigate ambiguity and make decisions with confidence.
- Track and report on project performance, delivering regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of Arionics into client environments, especially for staff augmentation projects.
- 5+ years of experience delivering software and/or AI development projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple squads/pods or large-sized projects with teams of 10-25+ people.
- Strong familiarity with both Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall for hybrid environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and experience working with US-based clients.
- Client-facing leadership exposure in high-stakes environments.
- Strong estimation & capacity planning skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and best practices.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in product-focused companies, dealing with products at various stages of their lifecycle.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with the latest product development technologies and trends, particularly in AI.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide teams toward project goals while fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.
- Communication: Articulates ideas clearly and confidently to diverse audiences, including clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Organization: Exceptional ability to manage priorities, resources, and deadlines in complex, multi-project environments.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces change with a growth-oriented mindset.
