Engineering Manager

Edison Smart is proud to partner with a Europe-based Web3 technology company that is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a high-performing, cross-functional engineering team. This role blends strategic technical direction with hands-on guidance, driving the roadmap for a next-generation digital wallet platform and ensuring excellence across architecture, security and user experience in the decentralised ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale a multidisciplinary engineering team working across web, mobile, backend, and decentralised technologies.
• Own the end-to-end technical roadmap for a digital wallet platform, including areas such as advanced account models, secure key handling, interoperability, and integrations with third-party applications.
• Drive the architecture, development, and operational excellence of core wallet infrastructure with a strong focus on security, performance, and usability.
• Partner with cross-functional groups in Product, Design, and Security to translate product vision into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Stay current with developments in decentralised finance, emerging protocol standards, and evolving blockchain ecosystems to ensure continuous innovation.
