As a Front-end Functional Analyst, you will be part of a scrum team of Functional Analysts which handle transversal projects for the transactional part, the client Mobile App and Web. You will translate the solution Design of the PL/Solution Designer in IT functional Analysis which will translate the business needs towards the developers. You are responsible for the functional IT testing of the application and defect follow-up.
Language: French, Dutch and English MUST
Goals and deliverables:
- Conduct complex business, functional, and process analyses based on PL/SD designs; translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements.
- Act as the bridge between business and Technology, providing expert advice and transversal domain knowledge (banking/insurance, regulations, compliance).
- Apply modeling tools, basic technical understanding, PM methods, architectural/security standards, and testing techniques to ensure qualitative solutions.
- Monitor industry and tech trends to recommend innovative, client-centric and efficient improvements.
- Manage incidents: assess impact, provide quick fixes, propose long-term solutions, and maintain systems for constant availability.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, create training materials, and support end users in understanding tools and processes.
- Design features to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Coach analysts/associates, challenge existing processes, propose efficiency gains, and coordinate their implementation.
- Coordinate domain activities (task distribution, planning, progress follow-up) and deliver detailed reporting with risks/attention points and proposed solutions.
- Demonstrate customer-centric mindset, critical thinking, professionalism, and continuous learning.
