Cream Consulting is a Business & Technology consulting firm working with major clients in banking, insurance, telecommunications, energy, public sector, and transportation.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated, results-oriented Product Owner to join an Agile team within one of our banking clients and help maximize product value while ensuring successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.

Your Mission

As a Product Owner, you will:

• Maximize product value and ensure successful delivery within an Agile environment
• Collaborate closely with the Scrum Master and cross-functional teams
• Ensure alignment between business needs, technical teams, and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate clear communication of goals, priorities, and expectations

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Sprints in collaboration with the Scrum Master
• Define, maintain, and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value and regulatory constraints
• Ensure the Product Backlog is transparent and understandable for all stakeholders
• Coordinate the team and keep the backlog structured and up-to-date
• Write clear, actionable user stories
• Optimize team performance and delivery
• Collaborate closely with technical and business teams in a highly regulated banking environment

Profile

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in banking, financial services, or insurance
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in French or Dutch (good knowledge of the other language is an asset) and English
• Experience working in a regulated environment is a strong plus
