Job location: Tallinn, Vilnius, or Riga (candidates are expected to reside in the Baltic states)
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation, administration, and optimization of IAM and PAM solutions (e.g., Entra ID, CyberArk, SailPoint, Delinea, ForgeRock) for multinational and local clients, working as part of a team.
- Support the design and execution of authentication, authorization, and cryptography processes; participate in vulnerability assessments and remediation activities.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST CSF; take part in audits and compliance processes.
- Participate in the analysis and audit of access logs, risk identification, and preparation of reports and recommendations.
- Provide input and support to clients and team members on IAM/PAM topics, contribute to training sessions, and help resolve complex issues as needed.
- Collaborate with local and international teams, contribute to solution architecture discussions, and support process improvements.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IAM/PAM (implementation, administration, support).
- Degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and privileged account management.
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, JSON).
- Experience with IAM/PAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk, SailPoint).
- Strong knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and compliance.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CEH, or IAM/PAM-specific certifications are an advantage.
- Analytical thinking, independent problem-solving, and effective communication in English.
The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from 2700 to 4000 EUR. Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and performance.
