The Team

A cross-functional team made of Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, and OPS Engineers, collaborating closely with internal engineering chapters and product stakeholders.

Role Overview

You will design, build, and scale backend services and APIs that directly enable Product-Led Growth and improve the user onboarding and adoption journey.

Tech Stack & Tools

PHP/Symfony, MariaDB, DynamoDB, REST APIs, Docker, Microservices, AWS Lambda, Sentry, Grafana, AWS, EventBridge.translate ideas into high-impact tests, guide experimentation strategy, and ensure clients have the knowledge, confidence, and support to run successful programs. In doing so, you’ll become a trusted partner in shaping how teams test, learn, and innovate.

Your Mission

• Manage backend components related to onboarding, user lifecycle, and entitlements.
• Build and maintain secure, high-performance REST APIs.
• Drive the implementation of PLG mechanisms and backend improvements.
• Lead backend-driven initiatives, demos, and architectural discussions.
• Liaise with Product, Frontend, UX, QA, Data, and OPS teams.
• Act as a backend representative within the team, promoting best practices and scalability.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in PHP/Symfony, SQL and noSQL, REST API development, testing culture, documentation, and Docker.
• Confidence in backend architecture, production troubleshooting, and API performance.
• Eagerness to learn, share knowledge, collaborate across the stack, and contribute to a high-impact team.
