Software Engineer

Cleared are looking to speak with talented mid-senior Software Engineers with baseline or above security clearance.

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Adelaide.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of software applications according to specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as C#, C++, python, Java.
• Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure software functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Collaborate with team members on projects, tasks, and deliverables to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and methodologies.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, C++, python, Java.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with CUDA or GPU
• Experience with DevOps
• Experience with Containers such as Docker or Kubernetes
