Business analyst data M/W

We are looking for a Business analyst data for one of its client based in Frankfurt (Germany).

• Freelance contract or permanent contract via a payrolling company
• 1 year contract mission (renewable for long term)
• Job based in Frankfurt (Germany)
• 2 remote days per week
• Starting Date : February 2026
• Daily rate between 500€ and 600€ (freelance) according to your skills and experience
• Annual gross salary around 100 000€ (employee) according to your skills and experience

Task:

• You collaborate with different teams, which means you build strong relationships and gain a 360° view of the business.
• You dive into data requirements and definitions, giving you the chance to shape how information drives decisions.
• You create data dictionaries that make complex systems easier to understand, your work simplify life for everyone.
• You document data models and flows, so you become the go-to expert for how data moves across the organization.
• You explore conceptual, logical, and physical data models, which sharpen your technical skills and broaden your expertise.
• You work closely with the central data management team, giving you exposure to enterprise-level governance and best practices.
• You help roll out Data Governance and key controls, so you directly influence how the bank ensures trust and compliance.
• You conduct small-scale data analysis, which means you see the impact of your work on data quality and business outcomes.

Profile :

• Proven working experience as a business analyst on data topics
• Proven experience in data analysis
• Hands on experience on metadata management
• Knowledge on data governance tools such as Collibra
• Knowledge on data modelling tools such as Hackolade
• Resilience and determination
• Good organizational skills
• Very good English (written and spoken) is a must, German fluent is also mandatory
