Product Designer (Mobile) — Sports-Tech | Fully Remote (Germany)
Location: Remote within Germany
Industry: Sports-Tech
Role Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: Mid–Senior
About the Company
We’re partnering with a fast-growing sports-tech company building a mobile-first product with sport at the heart of everything they do. Their mission is to inspire people to live more active, connected, sporty lives — and design plays a central role in shaping that experience.
As the team expands, we’re looking for a Product Designer who can blend thoughtful UX, clean UI, and strong user insight to help elevate the product to the next level.
The Role
As a Product Designer, you’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive, user-focused experiences across the app. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and wider teams to design features that feel simple, meaningful, and cohesive.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys ownership, clarity in design, and bringing ideas to life through prototypes and visuals.
What You’ll Do
UX/UI Design
Design clear, elegant, mobile-first experiences that put users at the centre.
User Research
Lead product discovery, plan user interviews, gather insights, and run usability tests to validate ideas and guide decisions.
Prototyping
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for features and improvements.
Design Consistency
Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring visual and functional coherence across the app.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Support design needs across departments — including brand, marketing, and partnership initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience designing mobile products (ideally consumer-facing)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and polished UI execution
- Ability to run user research independently
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows
- A product mindset and a passion for sports, wellness, or active lifestyles (a plus, not essential)
- Clear communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
What’s On Offer
- Fully remote work within Germany
- Opportunity to shape a product used by a passionate, active community
- A design-led environment with autonomy and ownership
- A supportive culture focused on impact, simplicity, and continuous improvement
Interested?
If you're excited by designing meaningful experiences in the world of sports-tech, we’d love to hear from you.
