We’re looking for a rare breed of product development manager with strong hands on formulation skills: part scientist, part innovator, focused on creating best-in-class nutraceutical formulas. Someone who understands ingredient synergy, women’s health, botanicals, adaptogens, and functional delivery systems, and who can translate research into compliant, scalable products.
You’ll own the product development and formulation strategy behind new products for one of the world’s fastest-growing natural health brands. Our customers are deeply loyal, our mission is impact-driven, and our appetite for innovation is relentless.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end product development, from concept - formulation - compliance - launch
- Create supplement formulations (capsules, powders, blends) with global compliance and proven efficacy
- Translate market insights, research, and brand direction into viable product concepts
- Collaborate with labs, ingredient suppliers, and manufacturers to develop breakthrough nutraceuticals
- Bridge art and science — blend innovation, customer insight, and evidence-based ingredient selection
- Oversee stability studies, analytical testing, and claims validation for US, UK, EU, AU, and other markets
- Provide scientific direction on product concepts, trends, and emerging research
- Ensure all formulas meet strict standards for safety, quality, potency, and regulatory accuracy
- You’ve developed supplement formulas end-to-end in nutraceuticals
- You have deep knowledge of botanicals, adaptogens, women’s health ingredients, and nutraceutical delivery systems
- You understand compliance frameworks (FDA, TGA, FSA, EFSA, etc.)
- You can think strategically across R&D, regulatory, brand, and commercial needs
- You think scientifically but also understand commercial realities
- You’re endlessly curious, detail-obsessed, and passionate about building formulas that transform lives
