About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through execution and delivery, ensuring that every milestone is met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You’ll work within a dynamic, collaborative services team that supports clients across the UK and Ireland, playing a key part in turning ambitious ideas into reliable, measurable success.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and process engineering environments.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience leading complex engineering or construction teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Collaboration: Builds strong relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Insight: Confident navigating complex engineering and system design discussions.
  • Commercial Awareness: Understands how to balance technical objectives with business outcomes.

Why Join
