Payment card processing provider that provides high-quality service for e-commerce acquirers through access to the best processing tools, is looking for a Lead Software Application Administrator to join their team in Riga.

Requirements

• Experience of technical leadership and mentorship to application software support teams;
• Experience in team management, distribution, control of task execution;
• Basic Linux command line skills (ssh, curl, cron, telnet, etc.);
• English and Russian at an intermediate level;
• Knowledge of the principles of organization and architecture of information and processing systems;
• Knowledge of rules and principles of operation of International Payment Systems (VISA, MasterCard, etc.), technological processes that ensure the functioning of bank cards;
• Experience of at least 2 years in this area.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is considered an advantage;
• Operational experience with Tieto, SmartVista, Way4, TWO or TranzAxis is considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of financial authorization standards (ISO 8583) is considered an advantage.

You will have an opportunity to realize yourself in managing the following tasks:

• Managing a team for handling customer requests;
• Monitoring current work processes, keeping instructions up to date, filling the group's knowledge base;
• Administration of the processing system on the TranzAxis platform (Compass Plus);
• Maintaining the functionality of the processing center software package: incident localization and troubleshooting, generating requests to the technical support of the processing software vendor (if required);
• Testing, installation and configuration of new modules and functions;
• Reconciliation and monitoring of application systems;
• Handling incidents on authorizations and clearing files;
• Control of the preparing and submission of regular reports to the acquiring bank;
• Support and consulting of partners on issues of interaction and integration.
