What You'll Do
As our Account Manager, you'll solve the challenge of maintaining high-trust, high-performance partnerships in a fast-growing investment platform. Your focus will be relationship management and partner success, which means building strong, long-term relationships with lending companies, coordinating cross-functional delivery to ensure their needs are met, and identifying opportunities to deepen cooperation and drive business growth. You'll work with Risk, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure seamless partner operations that directly support Mintos’ mission of making accessible wealth-building possible for everyone
You will:
- Manage existing relationships with lending companies in the non-bank lending sector globally.
- Collaborate with and keep accountable multiple internal stakeholders to facilitate the fulfillment of clients' needs.
- Identify business opportunities.
- Develop C-level relationships with decision-makers.
- Structure proposals that align the interests of all stakeholders and facilitate scale.
- Identify, effectively communicate and execute the value proposition for the lending companies' business with an aim to increase cooperation volumes
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in account management and/or sales, ideally related to non-bank lending
- Experience with establishing, maintaining and leveraging C-level relationships
- Brilliant communication skills with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions
- Strong business acumen
- High work ethic standards, including time management and priority planning
- Business-level or higher proficiency in English
- Experience in corporate banking, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited university; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus
