SENIOR IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Edge Autonomy Riga is an international company with its main office in the USA, and we are part of the Redwire group. We specialize in the development, manufacturing, and integration of autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and electro-optical surveillance systems. Our products are widely used in defense, security, civil, and industrial sectors around the world. Support in the management and control of information technologies in accordance with legal requirements and internal company standards, ensuring the security and continuous operation of IT systems.
Responsibilities
Deliver advanced troubleshooting and resolution for internet and network issues, including escalated cases from first-level support.
Provide in-depth assistance for office productivity applications and resolve complex user issues.
Manage and maintain email systems, ensuring service continuity and addressing advanced configuration or security concerns.
Oversee maintenance and repair of printers and multifunctional devices, including diagnosing hardware and connectivity problems.
Conduct technical training sessions for employees on software usage and prepare detailed user guides and documentation.
Develop and maintain comprehensive IT documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Support business-critical applications such as ERP, CAD, CAM, and ECAD systems, including configuration and integration tasks.
Participate in process automation initiatives and contribute to evaluating, testing, and implementing new software solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Higher education in IT.
Good knowledge of operating systems: Windows 7, 10, 11.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/O365) and resource planning systems (ERP, PDM) management is desirable.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
High sense of responsibility.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a patient and helpful attitude.
Good knowledge of Latvian and English.
