Information Security Officer

What you'll do:

• Apply international LIDL IT security guidelines and processes in the Baltic countries
• Implement awareness-raising measures, conduct training, and consult employees
• Perform corporate internal and external partner IT audits, and information security risk assessments
• Manage information security incidents
• Ensure IT Service Continuity Management (IT-SCM)
• Manage IT security risks
• Conduct periodic security needs assessments
• Execute joint projects with the Data Protection Officer
• Implement projects related to information security
• Perform periodic results presentations

About you:

• Higher education in the IT field
• Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience (in information security, IT audit, or IT risk management)
• Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (B2 level and above)
• Certifications in the field of cybersecurity (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, ISO27001) – an advantage
• Strong analytical skills
• Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility
• Communication skills, good presentation skills

Monthly salary (before taxes) from: 3160 to 3670 €
