Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Global Custody - Business Analyst/Project Manager Consultant :

• Oversee the full implementation of Global Custody onboarding projects including new client launches, migrations, mergers, liquidations and insurance related events
• Lead and participate in regular meetings with clients and all internal and external stakeholders involved in each project
• Conduct detailed gap analysis to understand client needs and define an operating model aligned with the Global Custody target framework
• Work with business change teams to evaluate and resolve any deviations from the standard operating model
• Analyse client FX requirements and manage the creation of liquid and restricted currency set ups while handling the negotiation of related operational documents
• Manage the negotiation and finalisation of the Operating Memorandum and all operational agreements covering FX, corporate actions and related services
• Build a strong partnership with Global Custody Luxembourg teams to ensure all operational set ups are accurate and secure for a smooth transition to business as usual
• Coordinate asset migrations including listed securities and cash while preparing clear documentation detailing roles and responsibilities across all stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with teams such as Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Funds Dealing Services, Depository and Fiduciary Services and Market and Financing Services to ensure all transversal dependencies are addressed
• Maintain an up to date project pipeline with precise information on upcoming events and anticipate workload or capacity challenges
• Coordinate client connectivity SWIFT set up and supervise all tests to guarantee operational readiness from day one
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by proposing practical enhancements and leading Post Implementation Reviews when needed

How do we imagine our future Global Custody - Business Analyst/Project Manager Consultant?

• Proven experience in Client Onboarding, Custody, or Fund Services as a Project Manager or Senior Business Analyst within a banking or asset servicing environment.
• Strong understanding of Global Custody and FX operations and processes.
• Excellent client engagement and negotiation abilities
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and ensure alignment across internal and external parties, with strong organisational and coordination skill
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) is an asset.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on risk mitigation and process optimization.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages considered an asset.
