What are you going to do?

As a Frontend Developer in the Roster team (Logistics tribe), you will work on projects that help healthcare professionals deliver the right care at the right time, within the challenges currently faced by the healthcare sector. Due to the increasing demand for care and a shortage of staff, healthcare organizations face enormous capacity challenges, resulting in a significant challenge to create a healthy roster for healthcare staff.

Our software assists in this challenge by helping the healthcare organization to deploy their available capacity as optimally as possible, for example, by providing smart suggestions for available and qualified staff and alerts based on laws and regulations. Additionally, we offer specific tools that allow employees to maintain control over leave requests, exchanges, and their hours. We aim to keep our product adaptive in a rapidly changing market, where overview and intelligent systems play a crucial role.

  • Teamwork: Work closely with other developers and stakeholders to perfectly align the product with healthcare practices and end-users, and to keep our software innovative and maintainable;

Team Roster is a multidisciplinary team consisting of developers, a UX designer, and a product owner. We have one fixed team day at the office; other days you can choose to work from home or at the office.

We are a close-knit team that values humor and focuses on solving logistical challenges for caregivers and improving workflows with innovative solutions. We work on Ons Rooster, an application with both a Ruby on Rails backend and a React / Redux frontend. You play a crucial role in the development and further development of this product and other applications within our suite, all designed to facilitate the work of healthcare professionals.
