You support our team as

HR Generalist - part-time (60%) (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Personnel Advice: advising managers and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Labor Law & Compliance: applying up-to-date knowledge of Dutch labor law.
  • Recruitment & Selection: coordinating the recruitment process.
  • Absence Guidance: guiding absence processes and reintegration.
  • HR Administration: ensuring accurate personnel files, contract management, changes, and reports in HR systems (Workday, ADP).
  • Training & Development: identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development programs for employees.

Qualifications

  • Completed higher professional education (HBO) in HRM, business administration, labor law, or similar.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a production or industrial environment.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language (spoken and written) and a good knowledge of the English language.
  • Thorough knowledge of Dutch labor law and experience with its practical application.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, organizational sensitivity, and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience with HR systems (such as ADP, Workday, or similar) and MS Office.
