UX/UI Designer
Responsibilities
- Apply the Design System Guidelines into functional and visually consistent interfaces.
- Ensure that each component is aligned with the system architecture and respects the defined patterns.
- Participate in Design Critiques, proposing visual and usability improvements.
- Develop and maintain multi-brand and multi-channel themes based in CSS foundations.
- Ensure scalability and flexibility in different digital contexts and products.
- Work with Design Tokens to ensure parity between Figma and the code.
- Collaborate with UX and Business Teams to understand the requirements and ensure the best solution and experience to the user.
- Ensure parity between Figma and modern frameworks implementation (Outsystems, React, Angular, etc).
- Do visual tests and validate the conformity with WCAG 2.1/2.2.
- Contribute to integration and UAT tests.
- Update Figma and Confluence visual documentation, to maintain a "Single Source of Truth".
- Support the creation of advanced prototypes that validate flow and interactions.
- More than 4 years of experience in UI Design, and Design Systems.
- Strong knowledge of Figma (advanced capabilities in Auto Layout, Variables and Scalable Components).
- Experience developing CSS foundations for multi-brand and multi-channel scalable systems.
- Proved experience in adaptable and accessible interfaces.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and knowledge of modern frameworks.
- Practical knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Detail-oriented to ensure visual consistency.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills, to explain visual decisions to designers, developers and stakeholders.
- Interest in exploring AI tools and automation to optimize design processes.
- Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory).
