🧭 Role Description

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our product team.

As a key contributor, you’ll shape user experience across web and mobile, working closely with the Product Manager and Engineers to create user-friendly, simple, and impactful solutions.

The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, facilitating regular in-person collaboration and hybrid working flexibility.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Product Design (Web & Mobile)

• Audit and improve current flows and interfaces to enhance usability, accessibility, and clarity.
• Simplify complex experiences for both B2B and B2C user groups.
• Design new experiences that smoothly integrate to the existing product.
• Work within our existing design system and contribute to its evolution.

Collaboration

• Partner with Product Manager and Engineers to define and deliver high-quality experiences aligned with strategic and technical constraints.
• Communicate ideas effectively using user flows, mockups and prototypes.

Rapid Prototyping & Validation

• Create sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to quickly test and iterate on concepts.
• Use tools like Figma AI, Lovable, and ChatGPT (or others) to speed up research, prototyping, and documentation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.

Mindset

• Pragmatic, simplicity-driven approach.
• Ability to balance design quality with time and technical constraints.

Front-End Knowledge (a big plus)

• Make small to medium front-end updates in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (e.g., React) when needed.

🪄 Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or a similar role designing for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your approach to product design, including user flows, wireframes, visual design, and shipped features.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and create intuitive experiences for B2B and/or B2C users.
• Familiarity with using AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Lovable, ChatGPT) to speed up workflows.
• Fluency in English.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—with React experience as a plus—to support small to medium front-end updates is a strong bonus qualification.
