Front-end Engineer

I’m helping Bloc Recruitment find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Front-end Engineer.

You'll build world-class UIs and shape our frontend architecture.

Compensation:

USD 160K - 190K/year

Responsibilities and more:

What We’re Looking For

● Build world-class UIs with Next.js (App Router, RSC, SSR/ISR), React hooks, and TypeScript.

● Deliver smooth, responsive, and accessible user experiences (WCAG compliance).

● Work on real-time voice dashboards with APIs, WebRTC, and media services.

● Optimize for performance: bundle size, code splitting, caching, and Lighthouse scores.

● Help evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.

● Write and maintain test coverage (unit, integration, E2E) and support CI/CD workflows.

● Collaborate with backend engineers to consume APIs effectively.

● Contribute to frontend architecture, mentor peers, and raise the bar on engineering practices.
