Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung in der Personaladministration (Ein-/Austritte, Verträge, Mutationen)
- Pflege von Personaldossiers und Stammdaten
- Organisation von Interviews und Betreuung von Bewerbenden
- Mitarbeit in Lohnvorbereitung & Sozialversicherungsadministration
- Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende bei HR-Themen
- Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten
Ihr Profil:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Weiterbildung als HR-Assistent/in (zwingend)
- Erste Erfahrung im HR von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; sicher im Umgang mit MS Office & HR-Software
- Diskret, zuverlässig und kommunikativ

A company in the Bern region is looking for motivated HR Assistants who have completed their HR training and want to take the next step in HR administration. In this role, you support the HR team in daily operations and ensure smooth HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support in full HR administration (on/offboarding, contracts, changes)
- Maintain employee files and HR master data
- Organise interviews and support candidates
- Assist with payroll preparation & social insurance tasks
- First point of contact for employee HR queries
- Contribute to HR projects and internal processes
Profile:
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
- Completed HR Assistant training (mandatory)
- First HR experience is an advantage
- Strong German skills; confident with MS Office & HR software
- Discreet, reliable and communicative
