We are in search of a proficient and seasoned Lead JavaScript Developer to enhance our team. Your collaboration with fellow developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers will be pivotal in crafting superior user experiences. - Engineer and refine web applications utilizing JavaScript frameworks
- Work in tandem with UI/UX designers to craft accessible, user-centric solutions
- Conduct and oversee code reviews to uphold development standards and practices
- Merge front-end interfaces with backend systems and database architectures
- Enhance application efficiency and scalability
- Create and sustain automated test systems to guarantee software dependability
- Offer technical leadership and mentorship to less experienced developers
- Monitor new technology trends and recommend their implementation as appropriate
- Identify and resolve sophisticated issues to ensure optimal system functionality
- Engage in iterative development practices and regular team discussions
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in JavaScript development
- At least one year of experience in leadership and team management
- Proficient with AngularJS for crafting dynamic web applications
- Extensive experience with ReactJS for interface development
- Competent with Jira Automation to optimize project management activities
- Skilled in managing databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Experienced with Selenium for test automation of web applications
- Knowledgeable in Tricentis Tosca for continuous testing within DevOps
- Fluent in English, with superior communication skills, able to engage effectively at a B2 level or higher
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with Node.js for server-side JavaScript execution
- Demonstrated leadership in managing development projects or teams
