The Project Manager will lead the implementation of significant webshop adjustments for a global digital initiative.
The role ensures alignment between IT technical teams and product management stakeholders, coordinating timelines, deliverables, risk management, and governance.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for the project, driving delivery, communication, progress reporting and cross-team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of major adjustments to the digital webshop
- Coordinate between technical IT teams (development/realization) and product management (requirements/demand)
- Act as the main communication interface for all stakeholders
- Align timelines, deliverables, and progress within the project and wider program
- Manage risks proactively and ensure compliance with methodology and governance rules
- Oversee issue resolution and maintain transparency across involved teams
- Support the program delivery toward the planned Feb/Mar 2026 release
- Facilitate collaboration between internal and external development teams

Requirements
Required Experience
- 3–4 years project management experience
- 1–2 years experience with web or webshop technologies
- 1–2 years understanding of variant configuration in webshop environments
- Project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2 or similar)
- SAP Commerce Cloud
- SAP CPQ
- Magnolia CMS
- English: fluent / negotiation level
- German: basic knowledge
