To achieve it, we are looking for an Application Developer to join the team.

Your role within Advisority:

• Design, develop and maintain applications using Java or C#, ensuring clean, maintainable, and well-tested code;
• Implement application features and services using key Java libraries and frameworks such as Spring Framework, Guava, Apache Commons, Guice/Dependency Injection, and JPA;
• Collaborate with team members to analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and estimate development effort;
• Participate in code reviews, contributing to technical best practices, and ensuring adherence to development standards;
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.

What sets you apart:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing applications in Java and/or C#;
• Solid knowledge of Java frameworks and libraries (Spring, Guava, Apache Commons, Guice/DI) and experience with JPA for persistence;
• Strong problem-solving abilities;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with mainframe systems, including MVS, COBOL, and JCL;
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases;
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools and modern development pipelines, including Git, Maven, Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, Jira, or similar technologies.
