As a Data Scientist, you’ll work hands-on with the latest technologies and collaborate closely with experts from Romania and France.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and innovative Data Scientist to join our team. You will leverage your expertise in statistics, machine learning, and data analysis to turn complex data into actionable insights and predictive models. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and other data professionals to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Required competencies/experience:

  • You have an intermediate proficiency in French, B1 minimum
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar data analytics or research role.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics (descriptive, inferential, hypothesis testing, etc.).
  • Expertise in machine learning algorithms and frameworks (supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Python for data analysis, visualization, and modeling (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL); able to write queries and manipulate large datasets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.


Nice to have:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL processes.
