Business Analyst I - Role Based Access Control (RBAC)

Job Description

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• A strong understanding of at least one business function in the firm, as well as a broader understanding of other areas
• Proficiency in business applications, data usage, and management
• Ability to liaison between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
  
  

Our Information Security professionals are passionate about information security and control solutions for computing environments. You'll partner with one or more disciplines, lines of business, regions or locations to respond to evolving business requirements. Role Based Access Controls are highly complex structures that bring value and create a seamless onboarding experience for users across Commercial Banking. The RBAC Strategy Lead will drive efforts to fully modernize our existing RBAC structure.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication and presence including the ability to articulate concepts to senior management and customers.
• Advanced knowledge of multiple IT control and project management practices and experience working across large environments
• Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
• Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations
• Experience driving modernized strategies using agile methodologies.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with key stakeholders
• Experience with implementing Role Based Access Controls in a complex organization
