Junior IT Admin (m/f/x)

Your daily tasks will include

☁️ handling typical workstation problems (MS office suite support, drivers and printing issues) on Windows, Linux and MacOS

☁️ license management

☁️ resource planning

☁️ providing support for all employees using chat and helpdesk systems

☁️ providing and improving company wide infrastructure (network, notebooks, etc.)

☁️ improving and adapting our processes in a fast growing company

☁️ keeping our infrastructure up and running

The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide support and assistance to your colleagues

⭐️ fluent in English to ensure effective communication with the team

⭐️ proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting computer issues, including the ability to differentiate between hardware and software problems

⭐️ solid skills in daily Windows operations and troubleshooting, with an interest in learning Linux and MacOS

⭐️ ability to maintain and service a range of devices, including notebooks, access points, printers, screens, cables, and adapters

⭐️ basic knowledge of networking concepts to ensure seamless device connectivity

⭐️ passion for automation, with scripting skills being a significant plus, or a strong interest in learning how to automate tasks
