Position: Product Designer

  • you will work directly with our new, talented CTO to shape both the tech stack and the engineering culture!

🎯 What will you do?

  • conduct functional interviews with B2B users (installers, distributors) to understand their needs and purchasing processes,
  • design information architecture for complex product data,
  • create wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, conduct usability tests, and iterate based on feedback,
  • design intuitive UI interfaces following best practices for B2B platforms,
  • build a comprehensive design system from scratch – components, design principles, documentation,
  • collaborate with experienced product and technical teams.

Who are we looking for and what’s needed to succeed in the role? πŸ”Ž

Must Have

  • 4-5+ years of experience as a Product/UX/UI Designer,
  • portfolio demonstrating the design process from research to final UI,
  • experience working independently as the sole designer on a project,
  • advanced Figma skills (components, auto-layout, prototyping),
  • experience building design systems,
  • ability to conduct qualitative research and usability testing,
  • knowledge of UX/UI principles, information architecture, and interaction design,
  • high autonomy and ability to independently manage priorities,
  • excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders,
  • english proficiency ensuring smooth and precise communication (B2/C1).
