Could you be the full-time Project Cybersecurity Manager in Katowice we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your cybersecurity expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the security of our organization's projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, IT, project management), analyze project security needs, oversee the quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) of your project's cybersecurity work package, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of defining cybersecurity architecture and managing third-party risks, but also assessing cybersecurity assurance levels and handling project-related communication.
We’ll look to you for:
- Analyzing project security needs, including laws and local regulations, to determine security objectives and assess main security risks.
- Planning security activities within the development lifecycle, estimating costs and impacts, and identifying training needs.
- Managing the cost, quality, and delay of project cybersecurity deliverables.
- Defining cybersecurity architecture and cascading requirements to suppliers.
- Assessing cybersecurity assurance levels and defining operational procedures.
- Providing technical support during design meetings and managing relationships with external auditors during audits.
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering domain.
- Experience or understanding of architecture, design, and development.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and regulations like ISO 2700X, 62443, NIST, and NIS.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, risk analysis methods, and system/network architecture concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate system security.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Polish and English languages.
- A proactive approach to learning and applying new cybersecurity technologies.
- Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
- Work with new technological standards for rail signalling
- Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues
