Join our Payment and Corporate Investment Fraud Strategy team, part of Fraud Risk Management, a vital unit at Danske Bank focused on preventing Fraud.
We operate with a layered approach to fraud prevention, and our scope for continuously improving capabilities spans broadly. Our focus includes fraud awareness and communication activities, preventative initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders across the bank, opportunities for enhancing detection capabilities, implementation of technical solutions with the development tribes, and crucially, monitoring developments in regulatory requirements relevant to fraud and external collaboration with authorities and other financial institutions.
Fraud Risk Management is part of the 1 st Line Financial Crime, and we have a close collaboration with colleagues focusing on other areas of financial crime prevention.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.
You will:
- Contribute to the strategic development of the bank’s capabilities within payment fraud prevention
- Collaborate with colleagues on the identification of risks and assessment of exposures
- Define new initiatives for implementation, based on a solid understanding of the evolving risk exposures and regulatory requirements
- Document requirements for initiatives and identify their impact on related processes and required changes
- Collaborate with stakeholders on the prioritisation and implementation of initiatives, ensuring the expected impact
- Act as an advisor to stakeholders on the design and improvement of risk mitigating controls and processes
- At least 5 years of experience with payment fraud prevention, including knowledge of regulatory requirements to banks within this field
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and project or programme management
- Experience with specification and effective implementation of initiatives in a large organisation
- Good at collaborating with colleagues and establishing strong stakeholder relations, while also enjoying working independently
- Result-oriented with strong analytical abilities, able to explore and understand complex challenges, and define the optimal solutions
- Highly structured and attentive to detail
- A relevant higher education degree
- Advanced English language skills
This position can be located both in Lithuania and Poland. If you are hired in Lithuania, the applicable salary range will be from 4320 to 6480 EUR monthly (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
