Head Energy Is Looking For a Skilled/experienced Preservation Engineer

Job Description

  • General administration, communication, and manpower within discipline, and accountable for preservation
  • Be familiar with the Project Execution Plan for own area of responsibility is maintained and updated as required.
  • Accountable for overall Preservation deliverables for the project including, Material and CPI reception, protect and preserve
  • Verify and monitor any need of additional resources to ensure efficient implementation and execution.
  • Ensure resources conduct their assigned tasks and deliverables, assist them in the performance of the tasks, and monitor the results.
  • Accountable for executions and follow up of the ITP inspections within area of responsibility.
  • Plan, monitor and progress work according to plan, budget and contractual milestones.
  • Give and receive information for interface related matters with other disciplines within the project
  • HSE, jointly responsible for health, safety and environmental (HSE)
  • Aspects are thoroughly assessed, planned, implemented, and followed up for all Preservation activities within the area of responsibility.
  • Planning, preparation, and execution of Preservation activities within given area of responsibility, in accordance with the project requirements
  • Jointly responsible for the establishment of governing documents, procedures and work instructions as required for Preservation within given responsibility.
  • By agreement be technical responsible (in a specific field of study) and / or participate in one or more forums in basis
  • Participate in tender work if required
  • Participate in Commissioning / MC / Preservation professional network.
  • Contribute to develop a high technical skill within the discipline.
  • Be supportive for colleagues and other projects.
  • Project experience transfer to experience base.
  • Rotation 14/21

Qualifications

  • Technical / Bachelor’s degree - Lack of education can be compensated with relevant work experience
  • Good knowledge of the work processes within the discipline that is being carried out.
  • Minimum 5–10-years’ experience from EPC processes within Topside and facilities / Renewables Segment

  • MS Office 365
  • PCS (PIMS)
  • Autodesk Simulate
