About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team, focusing on delivering innovative air compressor solutions to our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of air compressor systems and related solutions within the assigned region.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide technical expertise and consultative support to customers, ensuring solutions meet their operational needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel extensively within the territory to meet clients and attend industry events.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in air compressors or an adjacent market (e.g. Rotating equipment, industrial machinery).
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex systems.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
