About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team, focusing on delivering innovative air compressor solutions to our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of air compressor systems and related solutions within the assigned region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide technical expertise and consultative support to customers, ensuring solutions meet their operational needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Travel extensively within the territory to meet clients and attend industry events.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in air compressors or an adjacent market (e.g. Rotating equipment, industrial machinery).
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex systems.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
