The Project Manager has a crucial role in ensuring the success of projects by coordinating with various departments and subcontractors. The cross-functional collaboration is essential for meeting deadlines and maintaining effic
iency.
As part of this role, the Project Manager will support our operations and projects in Norway & wider Scandinavia, providing commercial and technical support for our Rentals and Certification & Inspection services in this
region.

the team:You’ll be joining our Motive team, who are mainly based in Stavanger. Over the past few years, this team has grown significantly as Motive continues to expand, and our intention is to continue this. Reporting into the Head of Delivery, you’ll be working alongside both our C&I and Rentals teams that strive for high quality service
of work.

Required skills
- / knowledge:Demonstrable experience in the management and provision of services preferably in Marine Engineering and Construction including flexibles, flowlines, risers, umbilical instal
- lations etc.Demonstrable operational experience supporting client organisations, leading teams and strong commercial awareness with excellent safety behaviours and focus on customer s
- atisfaction.Project Management and/or business qu
- alification.Relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent technical qualification with industry
experience.
